Introduction — Terms of Service Agreement

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between myan8 and every user of its website and related services. By accessing the platform, opening an account, or using any of the services, you are considered to have read and accepted all terms stated here.

Account Registration and Management

myan8 reserves the right to suspend any account without prior notice if it is found to have violated these terms and conditions. Where there is clear evidence of illegal activity, myan8 may also suspend the account and report relevant information to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

Payments on myan8 are processed through KBZPay, Wave Money and AYA Pay only, and transactions are conducted in Myanmar Kyat. The minimum amount for both deposits and withdrawals is 20,000 Ks per transaction.

3.1 — Deposits

• Available deposit methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay
• Minimum deposit per transaction: 20,000 Ks
• Deposits must be made carefully and accurately at the time of transfer.
• Transfers from third-party accounts are not accepted; deposits must be made from your own payment method only.

3.2 — Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal per transaction: 20,000 Ks
• Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals will be held if the user's KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is not yet complete.

3.3 — Anti-Money Laundering

myan8 strictly prohibits money laundering. All deposit and withdrawal activity is monitored, and if any suspicious activity is detected, records may be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by myan8 must be used in accordance with the terms set out here.

4.1 — First Deposit Bonus

• The bonus is available once per account, per residential address and per payment method.
• The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of the initial deposit date; if the period expires, the bonus will be forfeited.
• When using a bonus for football betting, only a portion of the wager will count towards the wagering requirement; this may vary by game.
• myan8 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.

4.2 — VIP Cashback Program

The myan8 VIP program has 4 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback rates increase as you move up from Bronze to Platinum:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 0.8% cashback per week

VIP tier upgrades are based on playing activity and are determined by myan8. Cashback will be credited to your account at the end of the relevant period.

Game Restrictions and Prohibitions

When playing on the myan8 platform, the following restrictions and prohibitions must be strictly followed.

5.1 — Prohibited Behaviour

• Bonus hedging — placing opposing bets with the intention of withdrawing a bonus immediately after meeting the minimum requirement
• Using software tools, bots or any form of automated play
• Colluding with other players
• Using the service for any money laundering purpose
• Exploiting technical glitches on the platform

If any of the above violations are found, myan8 reserves the right to void all bonuses and winnings and close the account.

5.2 — Responsible Gaming

Internet Services and Copyright Matters
